RM - Register Radio Licenses

The Register Application Licenses feature allows you to add additional Managed Radios to the Radio Management database. Once purchased, licenses can be added into this feature by one of two methods: Online "From EID" or Offline "From File". Each license added allows for an additional radio to be managed. License information is stored in the RM Server.
